Our tagline is “from mother earth to your soul” this is truly a philosophy we stand by and believe that everything we produce and sourced from mother nature carries our signature and represents what the company is about.
Chef Roy started his cooking career at 18, starting his journey in contemporary Japanese cuisine while getting his culinary arts qualifications at Culinary Academy Sofitel.
This was followed by intensive training in Some of Australia’s highly awarded Italian, French and contemporary Australian restaurants where he learned his craft and developed a passion for regional Italian and fine dining French cuisine.
Roy met his wife In Melbourne and a year and a half later moved his life and passion for food to Tokyo, where he began working for Kunitachi kids International school and formed La petite fourche in 2010.
Since our humble beginnings in 2010, we have proudly served hundreds of thousands of meals to students from ethnically diverse cultures over 7 years.
Though the La petite fourche brand is relatively new our founders pride themselves on providing our Clients with outstanding customer service while delivering the best possible end products available.
The food and Beveridge division of global 1k is la petite fourche. Our kitchen can provide dining and catering services to international schools and small private parties. Our company ethos is to Embrace mother nature and deliver the best possible meals while helping and educating our children so they are prepared to tackle the challenges that lies ahead.
