La petite fourche was established in 2009 as a cooking school and lunch service provider in the west of Tokyo. Serving lunches to thousands of international students using the simple philosophy of creating meals the way mother nature intended, using the finest ingredients possible and maximizing its true value to create food at the pinnacle of perfection.
