We are committed to protecting and improving the environment for future generations to come. We believe in working with local growers and suppliers who source ingredients locally. 

Our kitchens are committed to efficiency and sustainability, thus reducing our footprint on the environment.  we believe  in the minimalism of waste and reducing the amount of natural resources that each meal takes. we achieve this by utilizing every inch of each ingredient in our production and by buying less prepackaged goods.

Practices in place:


  • Water faucets are never left unattended and running without a purpose.                                                               

  • Operate dishwashers only when full, otherwise hand wash when appropriate.                                                            

  • Refrigeration seals/gaskets are regularly inspected for cracks and deformities. any and all deformities are attended to immediately                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

  • Separate waste into specific bins for the purpose of recycling.                                                                                 

  • We reduce plastic waste by cutting down on prepackaged goods                                                                               

  • Set defrost cycle to 20 minutes, 4 times per day.                                                                                                          

  • Use reusable server ware.

  • Use fuel efficient cars to cut down on the amount of petrol and CO2 we use for deliveries
